Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; a related bachelor's may substitute for experience.
• 3 years of correctional/security/military/police work with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license; CLEE training within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Engage with youth daily to ensure safety, security, rehabilitation, and well-being.
• Lead and mentor security staff; supervise shift operations.
• Respond to emergencies and conduct security inspections per policy.
• Maintain inventory of security equipment and ensure proper reporting.
