Rite of Passage in Florida seeks an Intake Coordinator to ensure referrals are directed to suitable facilities within the Ease system and to support quick disposition and evaluation for admission. The role collaborates with facilities and Resource Coordinators to relay essential information for timely decisions.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 1+ year of work with at-risk youth, and 1–3 years in intake.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 1 year working with at-risk youth.
• 1–3 years experience in intake role.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug, physical, and TB test.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure delivery of incoming referrals to appropriate facilities in the Ease system.
• Serve as liaison for facilities and Resource Coordinators to relay information.
• Handle referral inquiries and evaluate packets to meet referral needs.
• Disseminate referrals to facilities based on clinical and contractual parameters.
• Load referrals into the referral management system and complete pre-admission PDFs.
• Supervise, train, and support Intake staff and ensure procedures are followed.
