Job summary

Agape-Network is seeking an Intake Support Staff to warmly welcome new individuals into a residential treatment program in Florida. The role involves screening for eligibility, conducting intake documentation, and guiding clients and families through program rules and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Experience in intake/admissions processes.
• Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality and protect sensitive information.

Responsibilities

• Screen and assess individuals for eligibility for residential treatment.
• Schedule and screen referrals within 24 hours when possible.
• Complete intake documentation accurately and timely in the EHR.
• Explain program rules and treatment processes to individuals and families.
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to facilitate admissions.
• Serve as a liaison with referral sources and ensure smooth front-desk operations.
