Job summary

Growing Hope in Columbia, SC seeks a seasoned Leaphart Place Program Manager to lead strategic and hands-on operations for a transitional living program.

You will oversee program development, budgeting, staffing, compliance, and partnerships, ensuring trauma-informed, youth-centered services and secure housing outcomes for young adults aging out of foster care.

This role requires collaborative leadership, data-driven improvement, and a commitment to community-engaged practice.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a related field is required.
• Minimum five years in human services or related fields.
• Minimum three years of supervisory/management experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Leaphart Place operations.
• Develop workflows, service expectations, and accountability structures.
• Monitor data, outcomes, and grant reporting.
• Coordinate community partnerships and fundraising activities.
• Ensure trauma-informed, client-centered service delivery.
