Job summary

Housing Hope is seeking a dedicated Resident Services Program Manager in Everett, WA. You will lead the Resident Services program across regions, supervise three Regional FSC Leads and seven Family Support Coaches, oversee staff development, and ensure trauma-informed, high-quality services for residents and participants.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in relevant work.
• Experience supervising staff and managing programs or services.
• Experience with homelessness or housing insecurity is preferred.
• Trauma-informed and strengths-based approaches are essential.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with case management and standard office software systems.
• Willingness to travel between sites as needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise three Regional FSC Leads and seven Family Support Coaches; provide coaching and feedback.
• Conduct performance reviews and development plans as needed.
• Oversee recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Manage workloads, scheduling, and timecard approvals.
• Monitor program outcomes and assist with grant reporting.
• Coordinate with Program Operations on policies and processes.
