The Leaphart Place Program Manager at Growing Hope provides strategic and hands-on leadership for our Leaphart Place, a transitional living program for young adults aging out of foster care. Based onsite in West Columbia, you will oversee operations, supervision, grants, and partnerships to advance mission-driven outcomes.

You will foster trauma-informed, youth-centered practice, manage budgets, coordinate with housing and behavioral health teams, and guide program growth through staff

Qualifikationen

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, human services, public administration, nonprofit management, or related field
• Minimum of five years of experience in human services, behavioral health, housing support, or related fields
• Minimum of three years of supervisory, management, or program leadership experience
• Experience supervising staff who provide community-based services and outreach
• Verbal and written communication skills; strong organizational and problem-solving abilities

• Provide leadership and oversight for Leaphart Place program operations
• Develop and maintain workflows, service expectations, and accountability structures
• Coordinate housing, behavioral health, and other internal programs
• Track data, outcomes, and program performance
• Lead staff supervision, onboarding, and professional development
• Manage program budget, procurements, and vendor partnerships
• Engage community partners and pursue grant funding opportunities
• Prepare for audits, reviews, and quality improvement activities
• Ensure trauma-informed, youth-centered, and culturally responsive practices
• Respond calmly to crises and coordinate 24/7 emergency processes
