Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant ABA to provide in-community behavioral health support for clients ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

You will oversee clinical activities, ensure accurate documentation, and work with a multidisciplinary team to monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed.

Qualifications

• Licensed in Pennsylvania as a Behavior Specialist
• BCBA certification or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis
• Graduate degree in ABA
• Graduate degree in psychology, social work, education, or counseling with one year of direct mental health services or practicum
• Ability to pass PA Clearances
• Licensure to oversee ABA services (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LSW, Psychologist, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA strategies prescribed by licensed professionals
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support progress
• Provide clinical oversight and maintain documentation aligned with goals
