Job summary

Clarvida is hiring a Behavioral Consultant to provide in-community behavioral health support to clients ages 2–21 in Pennsylvania. The role involves leading assessments, identifying target behaviors, and collaborating with families, educators, and other service providers to develop and implement individualized treatment plans (ITPs).

This direct care and supervisory position requires strong clinical insight and meticulous documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have licensure/certification in PA related to ABA oversight as described above.
• Minimum 1 year full-time ABA experience and related ABA credits/trainings.
• Clearances like PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI may be required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct behavioral assessments and observe clients to identify target behaviors
• Develop and monitor Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) with input from families and providers
• Implement ABA-aligned strategies and interventions prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist
• Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams to support client progress
• Provide clinical oversight, documentation, and regular updates in line with treatment goals

Education

BCBA or graduate-level certification in behavior analysis

BCaBA or undergraduate-level certification

1 year full-time ABA experience

12 credits in ABA

40 hours of training related to ABA

Licensed in Commonwealth as psychologist/counselor/social worker/behavior specialist with ABA oversight
