Job summary
Clarvida in Pennsylvania is seeking a Behavioral Consultant to deliver in-community ABA support for youth aged 2-21. You will lead assessments, identify target behaviors, and collaborate with families, educators, and other providers to develop individualized treatment plans (ITPs).
This direct-care role includes clinical oversight, thorough documentation, and supervision duties, with a focus on empowering children and coordinating care across interdisciplinary teams to progress toward treatment
Qualifications
- Licensed in PA as a Behavior Specialist.
- BCBA certification or graduate-level ABA certification.
- Graduate degree in ABA; or psychology/social work/education/counseling with relevant experience.
- Pass PA Criminal, Child Abuse, and FBI Clearances.
- Licensure allowing oversight of ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Conduct behavioral assessments and identify target behaviors.
- Develop and monitor ITPs with input from families and providers.
- Implement ABA strategies prescribed by a licensed psychologist or psychiatrist.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary teams.
- Provide clinical oversight and documentation aligned with goals.
