Job summary

YMCA of Greater Waukesha County in Greenfield, WI is seeking a full-time Before and After School, 4K Wrap and Camp Director to lead enrichment programs and wrap care in partnership with schools.

You will supervise staff, develop curriculum, monitor safety, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate transportation and registrations, delivering high-quality programming across school year and summer sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have 240 hours of experience in an approved education setting.
• Must have completed high school or equivalent.
• Must meet Child Care Licensing requirements; degree or Wisconsin Registry qualified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee Y BASE/Wrap Care during the school year and lead camp activities in the summer.
• Hire, train, and supervise staff and volunteers; monitor performance.
