Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Have 1 of the following credentials or degrees listed.
• CPR and First Aid certification required within 60 days of hire.
• Experience supervising staff in a camp or youth program.
• Ability to enforce safety policies and engage youth.

Responsibilities

• Oversee summer day camp operations, including hiring staff, training, and curriculum.
• Coordinate School’s Out Fun Days and family engagement events during the school year.
• Supervise Child Watch department year-round.
• Monitor program budgets, registrations, and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with branch teams and support fundraising activities.
