Job summary

Columbus Medical Association Foundation is seeking a Development & Youth Engagement Coordinator to support fundraising, donor stewardship, grantmaking, community engagement, and youth leadership initiatives.

The role coordinates donor and grant administration, fundraising and community events, communications, and the operations of the Foundation’s Youth Council. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in nonprofit contexts are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• At least two years of nonprofit, fundraising, event planning, youth programming, or community engagement experience.

Responsibilities

• Support fundraising campaigns and donor engagement activities.
• Maintain donor and grant records.
• Coordinate events and communications.
• Administer Foundation grant programs.
• Serve as staff liaison for the Youth Council.
