Job summary

Community Development for All People (CD4AP) seeks a Youth Development Site Coordinator to lead after‑school programming for the South Side of Columbus and oversee staff, volunteers, and partnerships with schools and families.

The role focuses on program operations, curriculum development, food service partnerships, and compliance tracking across CD4AP offices and Lincoln Park Elementary.

Qualifications

• Background in youth development, education, after‑school programming, or community outreach.
• Proven leadership, coaching, and staff support experience.
• Strong relationship‑building with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to compliance.
• Passion for community development and serving youth.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise after-school program operations, staff, and volunteers.
• Develop and facilitate engaging youth programming (STEM, health, arts, fitness).
• Coordinate outreach with schools, parents, and community partners.
• Oversee daily food service partnerships with local hunger organizations.
• Ensure compliance standards and maintain attendance/records.
• Collaborate with Youth Development Director to plan calendars and staff development.
• Engage families and community stakeholders to support CD4AP services.
• Maintain open communication with school partners and CD4AP team.
