Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional in Milwaukee, WI. You will assist in planning and implementing programs that empower youth, promote healthy choices, and support development in areas like leadership, conflict resolution, and emotional learning.

Responsibilities span culture responsiveness, leadership development, activity planning, collaboration with families, and staff support.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent by hire.
• CPR/First Aid within 6 months and SCAN_MART training.
• Within 6 months: at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.
• Experience with youth programming preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
