Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Within 6 months: CPR and First Aid training.
• Within 6 months: complete at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing programs for members.
• Maintain attendance and track member participation; generate reports as requested.
• Follow policies including safety, conduct, and reporting incidents during program hours.
• Provide guidance and support to youth, families, and collaborating partners.
• Demonstrate professionalism and ongoing development through trainings and collaboration.
