Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Milwaukee is seeking a part-time Youth Development Professional for Aug Prep North in Glendale, WI. Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• CPR training within 6 months of hire.
• First Aid training within 6 months of hire.
• SCAN_MART training within 6 months of hire or equivalent.
• Within 6 months complete at least 2 non-credit DCF-approved classes.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate BGCGM philosophy and provide inclusive, respectful programs for members and families.
• Assist in providing quality program activities that empower members and promote leadership.
• Plan, organize and implement activities aligned with curricula and member needs.
• Track attendance and report on participation; generate monthly/quarterly/annual reports as requested.
• Coordinate with families, volunteers, and community partners to support goals.
