Job Description

The Youth Empowerment Program Coordinator will support The Allstate Foundation's (TAF) Youth Empowerment pillar, which aims to empower youth ages 5-25 to serve and improve communities. Reporting to the Head of Youth Empowerment, this role involves implementing youth programs, managing grantee applications and partner relations, and providing project management support. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

1. Grantee and Partner Management Support

• Prepare materials for quarterly grant meetings, including funding request dockets and updates.
• Process grant applications and support partners with communications and troubleshooting.
• Manage partner requests, approvals, and coordinate with internal teams for brand use and other requests.
• Review and summarize grant impact reports.
• Identify and vet potential supporting organizations and individuals.
• Manage the pillar-related budget, including grants and expenses.

Project and Event Support

• Assist in planning and executing TAF and partner events, including on-site support.
• Support development of youth empowerment projects and initiatives.
• Represent TAF at events and conferences.
• Host meetings with potential partners.
• Draft internal and external communications in coordination with the Communications team.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This position does not include supervisory duties.

Education and Experience

• Minimum of 3 years relevant experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, education, or youth service sectors.

• None required.

Compensation for this role ranges from $70,500 to $124,125 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The candidate will be required to undergo a background check.
