Allstate Insurance is seeking a Youth Empowerment Program Coordinator to support community initiatives aimed at empowering youth. This fully remote role involves managing grants, supporting partner relations, and overseeing project development. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in nonprofit sectors and excellent communication skills.

The Youth Empowerment Program Coordinator will support The Allstate Foundation's (TAF) Youth Empowerment pillar, which aims to empower youth ages 5-25 to serve and improve communities. Reporting to the Head of Youth Empowerment, this role involves implementing youth programs, managing grantee applications and partner relations, and providing project management support. This is a fully remote position.
Compensation for this role ranges from $70,500 to $124,125 annually, based on experience and qualifications. The candidate will be required to undergo a background check.
