What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support program strategy, scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior leaders and team members
- Oversee service operations and develop scalable processes for various workplace programs
- Manage performance and outcomes of national vendors in partnership with the account Sourcing and Procurement Lead
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal laws regarding workplace operations and safety
- Conduct training sessions and prepare presentations on account and service-specific processes
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years of industry experience in Facilities Management or Operations
- Strong working knowledge of the Corrigo Work Order System
- Excellent organizational and management skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- PMP or IFMA certification is a plus
- Experience in creating and implementing KPIs and performance metrics
- Strong financial acumen and ability to analyze financial statements
- Experience in matrix management organization
- Knowledge of real estate, telecommunications, furniture, accounting, and building systems
