Job Description

The Youth Empowerment Program Coordinator will support The Allstate Foundation's (TAF) Youth Empowerment pillar, aiming to empower youth ages 5-25 to serve and improve communities. Reporting to the Head of Youth Empowerment, this role involves implementing youth programs, managing grantee applications and partner relations, and providing project management support. This is a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities

Grantee and Partner Management Support

• Prepare materials for quarterly grant meetings, including funding requests and updates.
• Process grant applications and communicate with partners.
• Manage partner requests and coordinate approvals internally.
• Review and summarize grant impact reports.
• Identify potential new partners and collaborators.
• Maintain systems for managing budgets and expenses.

Project and Event Support

• Assist in planning and executing events and projects.
• Represent TAF at events and conferences.
• Host meetings with potential partners.
• Draft internal and external communications with the Communications team.

Functional Skills

• Experience in nonprofit, philanthropy, or youth development sectors.
• Results-oriented, proactive, and strategic thinker.
• Strong relationship-building skills.
