About The Role

As a CBRE Project Management Consultant, you will provide consulting services to help achieve strategic business objectives, managing projects from initiation through completion within the Project Management function.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage all aspects of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • Work directly with clients on project scope, resources, cost estimates, schedules, quality, and risks.
  • Define project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, evaluate bids, and recommend resources.
  • Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client standards.
  • Ensure data integrity and accurate documentation.
  • Lead project teams, provide guidance, and track progress.
  • Develop risk mitigation plans and implement actions to address project threats.
  • Apply standard principles and techniques to complex assignments, providing innovative solutions.
  • Coach team members and share knowledge across disciplines.
  • Model CBRE RISE values, build consensus, and influence stakeholders.
  • Impact customer, operational, and project activities within teams.
  • Work within broad guidelines and policies, explaining complex information clearly.
What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5-8 years of relevant experience; equivalent experience considered. LEED AP, PMP, CCM preferred.
  • Ability to analyze multiple information sources and exercise judgment.
  • Openness to new perspectives and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and mathematical aptitude for financial calculations.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

  • Degree or experience in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business.
  • Minimum 10 years in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or real estate focusing on retail construction projects.
  • Experience in retail space design and construction requirements.
