Qualifications

• Experience with youth programming and ability to plan activities for ages 4-18.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.

• Familiarity with local curriculum frameworks and standards.
• Willingness to pursue professional development and training.
• Dedication to safety policies and reporting procedures.
• Ability to maintain accurate attendance and progress records.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing and implementing program activities in line with curricula and goals.
• Gather feedback from members on needs and interests.
• Follow member policies and safety procedures, and report incidents.
• Maintain attendance records and generate reports as needed.
• Support collaboration with families and community partners.
• Engage in staff development and teamwork to improve practices.
• Provide guidance and foster a supportive relationship with members.
