Job summary

Youth Development Professional at Boys & Girls Clubs Of Greater Milwaukee will help plan and run programs that empower members to make healthy choices and develop self-esteem. Responsibilities include tracking attendance, reporting progress, and following the Member Care policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CPR/First Aid within 6 months of hire; SCAN or equivalent.
• Completion of two non-credit DCF-approved classes within 6 months.
• Experience with youth programming preferred.
• Ability to engage diverse youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and implementing programs that empower youth.
• Support leadership development and group activities.
• Document attendance and progress; prepare reports as needed.
• Follow policies on safety, conduct, and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with community partners to support goals.
