Job summary

Littleton Public Schools is seeking a dynamic SWAP Assistant Coordinator to support the School to Work Alliance program under the SWAP Coordinator and VR counselor, helping eligible youth ages 15-24 obtain and maintain meaningful employment.

The role focuses on planning school-based and work-based learning, developing career assessments and portfolios, and building partnerships with school staff, families, community partners and local businesses.

Qualifications

• Experience in school-to-work or youth employment programs preferred.
• Ability to plan and coordinate school-based and work-based learning activities.
• Strong collaboration with educators, families and community partners.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing vocational experiences aligned with the School to Work Alliance initiative.
• Coordinate assessments and student career portfolios/career plans.
• Represent the district at various functions and provide information for reports.
