You will coordinate internships, develop employer partnerships, and supervise program documentation across multiple sites while guiding students toward meaningful career experiences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or equivalent knowledge gained through related industry experience.
• Tier 2, 3, or 4 teaching license for grades 9-12 preferred.
• Experience teaching in urban, multicultural settings is desirable.
• Demonstrated professional development through coursework or job-embedded staff development.

Responsibilities

• Create an educational environment that supports multiple pathways to postsecondary success.
• Teach Work-Based Learning courses covering safety, employability skills, and career planning.
• Coordinate internships, experiences, and mentoring opportunities.
• Develop and maintain partnerships with employers, industry reps, and postsecondary institutions.
• Ensure Perkins and district requirements through document design, training agreements, and reporting.
