Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Collaborate for intake of applicants and eligibility determination.
• Develop and update Individual Plans for Employment (IPE).
• Deliver pre‑employment transition services like job exploration.
• Ensure participants remain employed post case closure.
• Maintain relations with education staff and employers.
