Job summary

Littleton Public Schools (LPS) is seeking a dynamic SWAP Assistant Coordinator to assist eligible youth ages 15-24 in obtaining and maintaining meaningful employment. This role works with the SWAP Coordinator and DVRC counselor to connect school-based and work-based learning opportunities.

The position focuses on developing vocational experiences, assessment tools, and portfolios while collaborating with school staff, families, and community partners.

Qualifications

• Assist eligible youth ages 15-24 to secure and maintain meaningful employment.
• Plan and develop school-based learning and work-based learning activities.
• Identify and develop student career assessments and portfolios.

Responsibilities

• Assist SWAP Coordinator and Division of Vocational Rehabilitation counselor.
• Develop and administer the school-to-work initiative and related activities.
• Represent the school at functions and prepare district/state/national reports.
