Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support and operate a quality school-age childcare program for children aged 6–12. The role emphasizes safety, program delivery, and positive role modeling under Director supervision.

Positions require various certifications (Level I–III) and a valid driver's license, with background checks mandated by DelaCare. Part-time hours, benefits per ACA guidelines, and travel as needed are included.

Formación

• Must be 18+ for Level I; 20+ for Level II/III.
• Level I requires School-Age Site Assistant Certificate.
• Level II requires School-Age Site Coordinator Certificate and driving ability.
• Level III requires School-Age Site Coordinator Administrator certificate and driving ability.
• All levels must pass FBI and state background checks per regulations.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with development and operation of a quality school-age childcare program.
• Deliver age-appropriate activities reflecting core program areas.
• Ensure safe implementation of programs and supervision of children aged 6–12.
• Maintain productive relationships with parents, school staff, and visitors.
• Represent the organization positively and adhere to policies.
