Job summary

You will collect data, report on program delivery and impact, maintain member safety, and coordinate educational curricula.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth development with some experience in youth programs such as an internship, volunteerism or a summer job
• Experience collecting data and reporting on program delivery and impact
• High school diploma or GED required; associate’s degree desirable

Responsibilities

• Provide age-appropriate programs and services in a safe, nurturing environment
• Collect data and assist with reporting on program delivery and impact
• Maintain safety of members and demonstrate positive values and ethical behavior
• Coordinate and implement assigned program services and educational curricula
• Build positive relationships with members, parents/guardians and school staff
• Support evaluation of Club programs to meet stakeholder needs
