Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience working or volunteering with youth in educational or development settings preferred.
• Ability to plan, develop and implement age-appropriate programs for youth.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate youth positively.
• Adaptability and willingness to learn and support innovative ideas.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities in assigned program areas.
• Provide active presence to ensure a safe, healthy Club environment for youth.
• Collect and track attendance, coursework, and behavior data as needed.
• Coordinate with staff, volunteers, and community partners.
• Ensure program areas are set up, maintained and safe daily.
