Qualifications

• At least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED; 70 clock hours of youth development training.
• Experience with youth in licensed settings preferred.
• CPR, First Aid, AED credentials (or ability to obtain).
• Ability to plan, organize, and run age-appropriate activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead licensed school-age enrichment program and ensure safety.
• Coordinate daily program operations and YMCA curriculum.
• Maintain attendance, licensing compliance, and family partnerships.
• Oversee site as Texas Childcare Licensing Site Director; ensure standards.
• Plan activities, supervise staff, and ensure program quality and growth.
