Family Services is seeking a Youth Development Shift Supervisor for our Residential Program in Wisconsin. This role leads the shift, maintains behavior management, supports youth in developing healthy coping skills, and responds to crises with de-escalation and care.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, ensuring daily schedules, overseeing medication documentation, onboarding new staff, and facilitating activities with a focus on safety and development.

Qualifikationen

• Required: High School Diploma or GED.
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Human Services or related field.
• 1+ year experience with at-risk youth or 1+ year in leadership.
