Job summary

Family Services of Northeast Wisconsin is seeking a Youth Development Specialist to supervise clients, implement behavior management, and lead social and recreational activities. This casual part-time role focuses on supporting treatment goals and working as a team to follow program plans.

Shifts include every other weekend with additional opportunities. Meals are provided on shift, and the organization offers a comprehensive benefits package to support staff wellbeing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Fully supervise clients at all times.
• Implement the program's behavior management system.
• Provide social and recreational activities.
• Assist clients in understanding and reaching treatment goals.
• Attend staff meetings and participate in team decisions.
• Complete Daily Behavioral Summary forms and incident reports.
