Qualifications

• Minimum: Age 18+, High School Diploma/GED, valid driver’s license, caregiver background check, basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Shift Oversight: Supervise daily site operations, manage shift changes, and ensure required coverage.
• Staff Leadership: Coach DSPs, track attendance, assist with onboarding, and conduct medication training.
• Direct Care & Support: Follow ISPs/BSPs, provide crisis intervention, and assist with personal care/medications.
• Quality & Audits: Perform monthly site inspections, track medication logs, and enforce abuse prevention policies.
• Site Admin: Manage household budgets, grocery runs, and supply inventories.
