Job summary

Wisconsin Community Services, Inc. seeks a Lead Youth Treatment Specialist for the 3rd shift at the Jefferson County YCSF. The role focuses on direct youth care, supervision, and staff leadership in a State Certified Youth Crisis Stabilization Facility serving youth 8-17.

You will implement evidence-based practices, supervise staff, and ensure safety and documentation compliance across the night shift.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in psychology, social work or human services or 4+ years' experience with youth mental health services.
• One year of leadership or supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work full-time third shift, including weekends and holidays; must be 21+.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care, nurturing and supervision of residents during 3rd shift.
• Lead and train third-shift staff; ensure policy/procedure adherence.
• Supervise room checks, daily tasks, and safety protocols.
• Coordinate staffing coverage and assist with emergencies or crises.
• Document activities, youth progress, and incidents in the program records.
• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to licensing requirements.
