This role involves planning activities, ensuring safety, and building relationships with children and families. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, some experience working with youth, and a commitment to uphold YMCA values.

The position offers flexible scheduling and participation in community-impact initiatives, making it a unique opportunity to contribute meaningfully to youth development.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old.
• Six months of experience working with youth in a licensed facility or similar setting.
• CPR, First Aid, AED, and Child Abuse Prevention training (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to plan and lead age-appropriate activities.
