Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Six months of experience working with youth.
• CPR, First Aid, AED training (or willingness to obtain).
• Ability to lead age-appropriate activities.
• Ability to pass background checks.
• TB test and required immunizations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain safety and supervision of children.
• Guide positive behavior in youth.
• Lead fun and meaningful activities.
• Model YMCA values to children.
• Support daily operations and cleanliness.
• Build relationships with families.
• Protect youth by following child-protection policies.
