Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• CPR certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily programs for Pre-K–2nd grade members with focus on safety, engagement and learning.
• Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities across recreation, arts, fitness and enrichment.
• Model positive behavior and mentor Club members, staff and volunteers.
• Create an inclusive, welcoming space where every child feels valued.
• Support youth with behavioral challenges using positive redirection and teamwork.
• Track attendance and assist with basic program reporting to evaluate success.
• Uphold Club policies and safety standards and participate in staff trainings.
