Job summary

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate enthusiasm and ability to work well with others to motivate youth and families.
• Incumbent must be at least 18 years old with appropriate experience and qualifications to instill quality program goals and standards.
• Must possess the management, technical and organizational skills to supervise youth programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support for all program areas within the department, including roster development and class scheduling.
• Provide onsite supervision for youth sports games and practices during league seasons.
• Oversee safe, high-quality youth and family programming and instruction as needed.
• Deliver timely, excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
• Fill in for department program absences as requested.
• Assist in planning and executing branch/association events.
