Job summary

Seattle YMCA is hiring a Program Supervisor for Year Round Youth Development Programs. You will lead before/after school and summer day camps, supervise staff, and ensure quality activities with safe ratios at a single location.

Responsibilities include staff training, parent communication, and coordination with school partners. Must meet age, background, and TB/MMR requirements; this is a full-time onsite role with a 6:45am start and 6:00pm end times.

Qualifications

• Three years or more experience working with children, camps, childcare, tutoring or nannying.
• One year or more of supervisory experience.
• TB tests and MMR vaccination per requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities within the curriculum.
• Hire, train, supervise and evaluate staff/volunteers; maintain staff ratios.
• Communicate with families and school/community partners; coordinate events.
• Ensure safety, compliance with YMCA policies, and program budget oversight.
