Qualifications

• Knowledge of youth development principles and ability to motivate youth positively.
• Experience with non-profit youth programs preferred.
• Strong organization, confidentiality, and customer relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide engaging presence to support youth success and safety.
• Maintain facilities, equipment, and supplies.
• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate programs.
• Track attendance, coursework, and behavior data.
• Model professional behavior and maintain boundaries.
• Set up and clean program areas daily.
• Facilitate BGCA core programs and High Yield Learning Activities.
