Boys & Girls Clubs of King County in Redmond, WA is seeking a Youth Development Professional to support elementary programming across gym, learning center, computer lab, kitchen and more. You will work directly with youth to ensure safety, well-being and development through engaging activities, while upholding confidentiality and program quality.

The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to adapt to a dynamic environment, and collaboration with staff and families to deliver

Competenze

• High School diploma required to work in a licensed program.
• Must be 18+ years old to work in a licensed program.
• Understanding of youth development principles and positive motivation.
• Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism.

Mansioni

• Provide engaged presence to prepare youth for success while creating a safe and healthy Club environment that facilitates positive youth development.
• Ensure facilities, equipment and supplies are maintained and ready for activities.
• Assist with planning, developing, implementing and evaluating programs.
• Collect and track club member attendance, coursework and behavior data.
• Affirm positive behavior and deliver coaching conversations when needed.
• Build partnerships with parents and families and support BGCA core programs.
