Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of King County is seeking a Program Director in Kirkland, WA to lead Club programs, budgets, and staff to deliver high-quality youth services.

You will oversee daily operations, build partnerships with schools and community groups, manage resources, and implement BGCA best practices to drive measurable outcomes for members and families. This is a full-time, on-site role with a strong focus on safety and program excellence.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience in management, supervision, or leadership preferred. Required at licensed sites.
• Two years’ youth development experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; ability to manage databases and prepare reports.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
• Budget preparation, control, and management skills.
• Ability to work with a team and to lead staff and volunteers.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Club programs, staff, and facilities to ensure safety and quality.
• Develop and manage annual budgets and work plans for the Club site.
• Build community partnerships and collaborate with area directors and centers.
• Provide visible leadership and maintain regular communication with members and families.
• Advertise programs in collaboration with Marketing and Communications.
• Ensure data collection and reporting on program outcomes.
