Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work or related field.
• Valid Illinois driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Licensure supervision (LCSW/LCPC) preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Mobile Crisis Response and Crisis Intervention services.
• Manage a small caseload with follow-up calls to screen for additional needs and risk.
• Collaborate across SASS, 590 Crisis Services, and PREA training.
• Coordinate referrals and linkage to resources.
