Metropolitan Family Services in Merrionette Park, IL, is seeking a full-time Crisis Clinical Program Supervisor to lead the 590 Crisis Program/SASS. The ideal candidate will supervise staff and ensure program quality, with strong community engagement skills.

Required are LCPC or LCSW licensure and a Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling, plus 5+ years in crisis intervention. Salary ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, with a $2,500 sign-on bonus for new hires.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling or related field from an accredited college or university, required.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience in related field, required.
• Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), required.
• 5+ years of Crisis Intervention, Counseling, and/or social work experience with increasing levels of responsibility, required.

Responsabilités

• Supervises and coordinates all aspects of the 590 Crisis Program/SASS.
• Maintains quality and quantity of services and plans for client needs.
• Handles personnel matters within the program including hiring, assigning, and terminating staff.
• Develops unit annual and long-range plans.
• Recommends program budgets to their supervisor.
• Ensures integration of multi-service, multi-disciplinary approaches.
• Develops relationships with community groups and agencies.
• Provides after-hours coverage for cases requiring immediate response.
• Requires three on-call shifts per month.
