LSSI is hiring a full-time Clinical Supervisor. This role involves overseeing the delivery of services and daily operations of the SASS/Mobile Crisis program, which screens children for psychiatric hospitalization and provides intensive short-term services to families for stabilization.
Schedule: Tuesday through Friday, 9am to 5pm

Essential Functions:
- Provide supervision, training, support, review, and evaluation for staff
- Review screening documentation for accuracy
- Triaging mobile crisis calls to ensure appropriate services
- Track cases, direct transfers, and provide crisis call coverage
- Coordinate with other providers and serve as a liaison within the community
- Ensure program goals and deliverables are met
- Conduct staff meetings to promote professional development and collaboration
- Maintain professional and respectful interactions with clients, families, colleagues, and community partners
Position Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, marriage and family therapy, or related field required
- LCSW or LCPC preferred
- Experience working with community clients required
- Supervisory experience preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation
- Valid Illinois minimum liability insurance coverage
