Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Club Service Director to lead club programming across multiple sites, ensure safety and staff supervision, and foster community relations. This role reports to the Regional Director of Club Operations or Senior Service Director and requires strong leadership and youth-development focus.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3–5 years in a Boys and Girls Club or similar setting, with CPR/First Aid preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in a Boys and Girls Club or similar youth organization.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Lead club programs, activities, and services across locations.
• Ensure safety, facilities, vehicles, and equipment are maintained.
• Provide leadership to staff and volunteers.
• Develop annual budgets and monitor expenditures.
• Build partnerships with parents, schools, and community partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and development teams to raise program visibility.
