Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Delaware seeks a Club Director to lead daily operations at a designated Club location, driving program quality and DEI-aligned practices. You will oversee staff, safety, compliance, and community partnerships to deliver high-impact youth programs.

Four-year degree preferred with relevant nonprofit or youth-service leadership experience; strong communication and budgeting skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated knowledge of youth development principles and strategic planning.
• Experience with board development and resource development.
• Strong community relationship development and fiscal management.
• Human resource management and team development experience.
• Experience leading nonprofit or youth-serving programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day operational leadership for the Club.
• Collaborate with Area Clubs to enhance programming and staffing efficiency.
• Ensure high standards in program delivery, safety, and compliance.
• Lead staff development, training, and performance monitoring.
• Oversee facility management, safety planning, and regulatory adherence.
• Manage budgets and financial reporting in coordination with leadership.
