Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• Experience working with youth in educational or development settings preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred; willingness to obtain within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities in the assigned program area.
• Provide active, engaged presence to support positive youth development.
• Collect and track attendance, coursework, and behavior data; participate in staff meetings.
