Job summary

Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida is seeking a Youth Development Specialist at the Leesburg Branch to support an Outcome-Driven Club Experience across core pillars such as Academic Success and Health. You will work directly with youth to ensure safety, development, and positive engagement in a dynamic club setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associates degree preferred.
• Experience or volunteering with youth is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with youth and families.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, implement, and evaluate activities in assigned program area.
• Provide active presence to create a safe and positive club environment.
• Collect and track attendance, coursework, and behavior data.
• Ensure program areas are set up, maintained, and aligned with core pillars.
