Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Florida, Inc. is seeking a Regional Director of Program Excellence to ensure high-quality, outcomes-driven youth development across BGCCF.

This role leads program excellence systems, standards, coaching, and support structures to promote consistency, staff readiness, and positive youth experiences. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, Youth Development, Nonprofit Management, or a related field required.
• Minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible leadership experience in youth development, education, nonprofit programming, quality, or related fields.
• Experience leading multiple program areas, organizational initiatives, or program portfolios, including budget management and financial oversight; experience with social enterprise models or revenue‑generating programs preferred.
• Demonstrated experience supervising professional staff and leading high‑performing teams.
• Experience with Boys & Girls Clubs of America programming, youth outcomes measurement, and quality improvement frameworks preferred.
• Experience managing grant‑funded programs and reporting required.
• Strong understanding of positive youth development principles and best practices.
• Knowledge of trauma‑informed care and youth engagement strategies.
• Experience utilizing data, evaluation tools, and performance metrics to drive improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead program quality assessment process, including observations, quality reviews, data analysis, reporting, action planning, and continuous improvement efforts.
• Develop and oversee systems, tools, resources, and processes that support program planning, implementation, evaluation, and accountability.
• Partner with HR and Club leadership to support onboarding and ongoing staff development.
• Oversee grant‑funded programs and strategic initiatives, ensuring compliance, reporting, and alignment with outcomes.
• Provide leadership and supervision to Program Administrators and other assigned staff.
• Drive execution through influence, coaching, and cross‑functional collaboration in a matrixed environment.
• Lead change management efforts related to program implementation and new initiatives.
